Windham Studio
Cathleen Windham is an American artist working
primarily in oils. She got her start with a 2 day weekend
“starter” plein air painting class in Nashville, TN with artist
Dawn Whitelaw.
Since that first workshop, Windham has continued to hone her skills and is now a full time artist. She resides in Denver, CO.
About The Artist
Cathleen Windham has studied with numerous artists including Anne Blair Brown, Kevin Menck, Lori Putnam, Elio Camacho, Ken Kewley, Chuck Marshall, Larry Moore, and Dawn Whitelaw.
Much of Cathleen's work is done in plein air-out of doors, or directly from life.
"There's nothing I love more than
being able to work outside. This is where I cut my teeth as a new painter, day 1. I'm very proud of that fact! Years later, it's truly a challenge I love tackling, every time."
